Yes! AI POS is built offline-first. All billing, inventory management, and receipt printing work without any internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you go online.
Any ESC/POS compatible thermal printer that connects via Bluetooth is supported. This includes popular models from Epson, TVS, and generic 58mm/80mm Bluetooth printers available on Amazon India.
Yes, with the Professional plan or higher, you can install the app on multiple devices and keep them synced via cloud. Each device works independently when offline.
Absolutely. If cloud sync is enabled, all your data is backed up securely. You can log in on a new device and restore everything. Local data on the lost device is protected by app-level and device-level encryption.
You can import products via CSV file. Go to Settings → Products → Import CSV. We provide a template file you can fill in with Excel or Google Sheets. You can also scan barcodes to add products one by one.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via Razorpay. For enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and purchase orders.
