By accessing and using the AI POS & Billing App (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
SBS Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time for any reason.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials on the AI POS & Billing App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
- Transfer the materials to another person.
3. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the AI POS & Billing App.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful. Interference with or disruption of the Service is strictly prohibited.
